Dr. Josiah Chen is a Raleigh, North Carolina native who attended Athens Drive High School and graduated from Bunn High. Although he was raised a NC State Wolfpack fan, Dr. Chen earned his undergraduate degree in Asian Studies with a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In pursuing a career that would fulfill his strong interests in healthcare and community service, Dr. Chen earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor School of Dentistry in 2003. Dr. Chen lives a few miles from the office in Cary with his wife, three children and dog named Pepper Potts. When he's not caring for his patients, Dr. Chen enjoys cooking on his Big Green Egg grill for his family and friends, and playing church softball, pickup basketball, team tennis and league volleyball.
