Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled at your convenience and based on availability; we will make our best effort to accommodate you. Please arrive on time for your appointment as this time is reserved exclusively for you and often requires specialized preparation. If you must cancel your appointment, please kindly notify our office 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. This courtesy enables us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waiting to be seen sooner. A late cancellation fee will be assessed if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. If you arrive late by 15 minutes or more, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, assess the late cancellation fee, and reschedule your appointment.

Insurance
We currently are in-network with and accept most insurance providers. Contact your insurance provider directly regarding regarding in-network or out-of-network status or particular benefits covered under your specific policy.

As a courtesy to our patients, we file primary insurance claims on your behalf in addition to estimating your cost of treatment. This service is performed at no charge to you. All benefits will be assigned to our office. However, there is no guarantee your insurance will cover what we have estimated and you are ultimately responsible for payment.

Payment Methods
Just as our treatment plans are highly individualized, our financial agreements are as well. For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options and we will work with you on a plan to suit your individual needs.

We accept cash, check, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and debit cards which have the Visa or MasterCard emblem. As a service to our patients, we also offer CareCredit Healthcare Financing, the nation's leading patient payment program. With CareCredit, you may receive dental treatment immediately and then pay for it in possibly interest-free installments that can fit into your budget.
