Crowns and Bridges
Crowns restore uneven, cracked, chipped, or decayed teeth making teeth stronger, healthier and more aesthetic. To replace one or more missing teeth, a bridge is a custom device anchored to neighboring teeth that are prepared as crowns to serve as abutments to hold the replacement tooth in place. Crowns are durable covers that are fabricated with tooth-colored porcelain, high-noble metals or a fusion of the two. We will carefully consider aesthetics, function and tissue-compatiblity in choosing the right material for each individual. Our office is pleased to offer our patients innovative CEREC® technology and restoration services to create and deliver crowns in the same visit. Using an optical impression obtained with a specialized digital camera and milling the restoration in-house, we are now able to complete a restoration in a single appointment, so that you can quickly get back to the more important things in life. No impression tray, no temporaries and no return visit!
